My wife and I visited Knott’s yesterday. She ordered her meal from Sutter’s and I ordered mine from Firehouse BBQ. She was very disappointed because her Hamburger was cold and the bun was hard. The fries were also cold almost as if they had been sitting out for quite some time without being under a warmer. She asked if they could replace her burger but was ignored.
I do have to say that the Chicken and Ribs that I ordered was great!
