Kings Island’s new executive chef Joseph Perez has quickly taken over the helm of the park and started to help shape the landscape to make the food scene his own.

One of the cool thing Chef Perez has implemented is new monthly specials all around the park. This is so terrific for guests that visit quite often. Some of the menu items could get monotonous and getting the option to try different entrees and sides is a very exciting means of keeping guests returning to the park.

Lets take a look at the July 2023 chef specials.

Coney Bar-B-Que
– Smoked bratwurst, caramelized onions, and mustard (Dining plan eligible)

Enrique’s
– Picadillo Empanada Platter (Cheesy beef and potato empanada with avocado crema, served with rice and beans)- $15.99 ($13.99 a la carte)(Dining plan eligible)

Festhaus
– French Dip (Provolone cheese, peppers, onions; served with fries)- $17.99 (Dining plan eligible)

Juke Box Diner
– Patriot burger (2 beef patties, blue cheese crumble, smoked ketchup, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickled red onions; served with fries)- $16.49; $14.49 a la carte (Dining plan eligible)

Miami River Brewhouse
– Between 2 Buns (2 Turkey burger patties with Swiss cheese, bacon, guacamole, lettuce, tomato & avacado aioli; served with tots)- $17.99 (Dining plan eligible)
– Prawn to be Wild Dip (Poached shrimp and crab, pico de gallo, melon, cilantro; served with tortilla chips)- $13.99
– Best of Cluck Flatbread (Grilled chicken, beet puree, gouda cheese, grape tomatoes)- $13.99

Island Smokehouse
– Smoked chicken quarter baked with Carolina mustard with a cheesy biscuit (Dining plan eligible)
