2023 California's Great America Carnivale at Orleans Place

The former Taste of Orleans special event at California’s Great America has been rebranded for 2023 as Carnivale at Orleans Place. Similar in style to the Grand Carnivale celebration at sister Cedar Fair parks, this one has similar elements, though focusing on New Orleans and its iconic culture.

Carnivale at Orleans Place takes place July 19-August 6 (dark Mondays & Tuesdays). Guests can experience bold Cajun flavors, a nightly Spectacle of Color parade, live entertainment, midway games and weekend fireworks.

The easiest and cheapest way to experience the food and drinks of Carnivale at Orleans Place is with a tasting card.
