First of all it took over ten minutes just to order pretzels and we were the only ones in line. The pretzels she gave us were unsalted so they had to give us new one. Then the new pretzels they gave us were hard and resembled cardboard. And to top it all off I bought a side of cheese to dip the pretzel walked away went to dip the pretzel in and the sauce was frosting not cheese so I had to go all the way back to get a side of cheese. Awful experience.
