  1. I went to Joe Cool Café at California’s Great America from Santa Clara CA. I was eating four pizzas for once a year but I’m felt craving a lots of pizzas in every restaurant because it makes me so extremely hungry while I ate those. P.S. I always like Fruit and Salads at Joe’s Cool Café.

  2. Joes cool café at cedar point Ohio is a nice friendly restaurant I enjoyed it with my family and the pizza was delicious so was the milkshake I had a great time.

  3. My husband and I were at Cedar Point Tuesday, July 19th, with our grandson. After hours of walking and riding in the heat, we decided it was time to take a short break indoors to eat and cool down. My grandson wanted to eat at Joe Cool’s Café. We walked inside and the lady who was seating failed to even acknowledge us for over 5 minutes while she chatted with 3 teenage boys. Finally, another girl walked up and I thought, oh, okay, it must have been time for a shift change and that was why she was ignoring us. After some chatting between the two ladies and some paper shuffling, the first lady left and the second informed us there would be a five minute wait. Ok, we sat down to wait. Now, from where we were, the entire section in front of us was empty, several tables in other sections were empty. We sat for 30 minutes. There was no one in front of us. Another family did come in after us and were told the same thing. Finally, I became impatient and stood up and looked around. There were over 25 empty tables that I could see. It was not crowded by any means. Now, there could have been a shortage of wait staff or another reason for the wait, but what irked me was that no one ever said, sorry, we’re shorthanded, it will just be another minute, etc. No type of explanation or apology. As another family came in and stepped up to the lady, they asked if they had stepped in front of me. I told them no, you’re fine. We’re leaving. And we walked out. I have no idea how the food is because while I have no problem waiting when there is an obvious crowding or if they give you an explanation or some type of acknowledgement after 30 minutes of waiting when you were told 5 minutes, I do have a problem with that.
