New in 2018, Miss Keat’s Smokehouse resides in the building that was formerly Buckaroo’s Burritos, and before that, Chuck Wagon Western Foods. The back-of-the-house was remodeled during the off-season to install the park’s first smoker, providing smoked meats all season.
