<p>Who loves Tex-Mex? We used our dining plan to try the Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/knotts-berry-farm-food/knotts-panchos-tacos/">Pancho&#8217;s Tacos</a> Two Taco Meal. </p>
<p>Guests have the choice of meat, of which we selected two chicken tacos. The meal includes a side of refried beans and Spanish rice. </p>
<p>The tortillas were soft and warmed on a grill when ordered. Overall the meal was well cooked and fresh.</p>
<p>We thought the rice was tastier than that served with torta at <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/knotts-berry-farm-food/knotts-la-victoria-cantina/">La Victoria Cantina</a>. Beans were same and great.</p>
<p>Our only suggestion was the tortillas were too soft because they fell apart after picking them up. We would like to see them double layer the tortillas to make it easier to pick up and eat.</p>
