<p>With the <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/kings-island-food/miami-river-brewhouse/">Miami River Brewhouse</a> at Kings Island, it was foremost on the Executive Chef James Major&#8217;s mind to offer a selection of healthy salad options along with all the new menu items. That is why we were happy to see the KI Salad, 1/2 Sphere, and Hail Caesar salads all offered on the menu.</p>
<p>For guests with the <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/kings-island-food/">2019 Kings Island Dining Plan</a>, they currently have the option of the KI Salad or Hail Caesar. </p>
<p>The Hail Caesar is served on a traditional bed of romaine lettuce, then topped with tomatoes, molasses croutons, shredded Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.</p>
<p>While simple by nature, the Hail Caesar used premium and fresh ingredients to offer a nice substantial meal. Nothing was wrong with this salad; although it might be nice to have sliced chicken on top. Fortunately, we also ordered the Clucks &#038; Barrels, and we were able to use one of the hand breaded chicken tenders to add to the top of the salad.</p>
