<p>Under his second full year of leadership, executive chef Sammy Alamri leads the culinary team at Valleyfair. Technically he started in 2020, but, you know, that whole pandemic thing happened. So we did not really get to see his impact until the 2021 season. </p>
<p>New for 2023, Valleyfair is opening a new Xtreme Confections stand, offering up specialty elephant ears, funnel cakes, mini donut sundaes and other treats. In addition, the park will open a new Wild Thing Brews and Spirits, offering local beers and cocktails.</p>
