<p>It has been a number of years since Valleyfair hosted their Corn Fest, celebrating the importance of the maize industry to the region. </p>
<p>The Corn Fest is now back for 2023, hosting the event over several weekends August 19-September 3 and Labor Day.</p>
<p>In addition to corn related decorations and informative displays, the park is also selling quite a few specialty menu items for a limited time.</p>
