<p>When the Peanuts Celebration was first introduced in 2018 at <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2023-knotts-peanuts-celebration-food-guide/">Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm</a> and <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2018-kings-island-peanuts-celebration-guide/">Kings Island</a>, and then expanded to <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2019-carowinds-peanuts-celebration/">Carowinds</a> and <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2019-valleyfair-peanuts-celebration-food-guide/">Valleyfair</a> in 2019, we were big fans. Not because we are necessarily huge Snoopy and Charlie Brown fans, but because it gave the parks the opportunity to introduce new menu items throughout the parks, with many of the items on the dining plan.</p>
<p>Sadly the Peanuts Celebration only survived at Knott&#8217;s. So imagine our elation when we received notice that the Peanuts Celebration is coming to California&#8217;s Great America in 2023! </p>
<p>The brand-new PEANUTS Celebration welcomes beloved fans of all ages to join the PEANUTS gang for memorable, family-friendly fun starting April 1 through April 30. Join Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Peppermint Patty, and your favorite characters as they take over the park, bringing joy and laughter for the young and the young at heart. An enticing menu of PEANUTS-inspired cuisine with exciting flavor combinations are sure to make happy bellies. Incredible photo ops have guests stepping into the iconic Charles M. Schulz comic strips, experiencing California’s Great America like never before!</p>
<p>With adventurous flavors and presentation, the food menu for PEANUTS Celebration is an experience in itself. American Café will offer four specialty hot dogs, including a taste testers’ favorite, “The Andy Dog.” This bacon-wrapped hot dog with caramelized onions, jalapeños, cotija cheese and chipotle aioli is served on a warm brioche bun. The Snack Shack will be the spot to try the Pulled Pork Mac ‘n’ Cheese, the Fried Pickle Chips with Honey Mustard, or both. Sweet Treats offers desserts such as the new “Tooty Fruity Funnel Cake” that’s as delicious as it is beautiful. Or satisfy your craving with a twist on the classic PB&#038;J by trying it deep fried in a funnel cake batter, topped with a generous amount of powdered sugar and yummy chocolate drizzle.</p>

<p>The five-week PEANUTS Celebration will have its opening weekend Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2, and include special Thursday and Friday operational days throughout the month until April 30. The park will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday in April, and 11:00 a.m. &#8211; 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, operational days.</p>
