<p>The former Taste of Orleans special event at California&#8217;s Great America has been rebranded for 2023 as Carnivale at Orleans Place. Similar in style to the <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2023-grand-carnivale-menu/">Grand Carnivale</a> celebration at sister Cedar Fair parks, this one has similar elements, though focusing on New Orleans and its iconic culture. </p>
<p>Carnivale at Orleans Place takes place July 19-August 6 (dark Mondays &#038; Tuesdays). Guests can experience bold Cajun flavors, a nightly Spectacle of Color parade, live entertainment, midway games and weekend fireworks. </p>
<p>The easiest and cheapest way to experience the food and drinks of Carnivale at Orleans Place is with a tasting card. </p>
