<p>It is time for the third annual Valleyfair Hotdish and Hops special event, celebrating two Minnesota regional favorites. September 22-23, guests get free access to Hotdish &#038; Hops with paid admission to Valleyfair. Food and beverage are an additional charge.</p>
<p>Hotdish &#038; Hops takes place from noon to 6:00 pm.</p>
<p>Featured hops include Lake Monster Empty Rowboat IPA, Summit Oktoberfest, Mankato Brewery Pumpkin Grinder, and Surly Hell.</p>
<p>Valleyfair is offering a special Hotdish &#038; Hops Combo ticket for $37 that includes admission to the park and 5 tokens for food and beverage.</p>
<p>Tokens for Hotdish &#038; Hops are $2.75 each. Hotdish and beer samples are each 1 token. A 12 oz beer is 3 tokens. Dining plan members can redeem a meal credit for 3 tokens. </p>

<p><strong>Tater Tot Hotdish</strong><br />
Creamy blend of ground beef, sour cream, and cream of mushroom mixed with sweet corn and peas, topped with crispy cheesy tater tots.</p>
<p><strong>Chicken And Wild Rice Hotdish</strong><br />
Fire braised shredded chicken and wild rice cooked with onions, carrots, and celery topped with seasoned bread crumbs and parsley.</p>
<p><strong>Brat Mac-n-Cheese Hotdish</strong><br />
Creamy cheddar cheese noodles with chunks of grilled bratwurst topped with crushed golden brown buttery garlic crackers.</p>
<p><strong>S’more Hotdish</strong><br />
Graham cracker crust filled with milk chocolate and topped with golden brown gooey marshmallows.</p>
