<p><P><P>For the next two weekends, Valleyfair is bringing back their Hotdish &#038; Hops event. May 26-29 and June 2-3, 2017, guests will get to try some of the Chef Luis Carrillo famous &#8220;hotdish&#8221; creations paired with locally crafted brews. </p>
<p>Participation in the Valleyfair Hotdish &#038; Hops is done via tokens. Each token gets you a sample of food or beer. </p>
<p>Hotdish menu items include the following:</p>

&#8211; Green Bean<br />
&#8211; Gyro<br />
&#8211; Hoppin&#8217; John<br />
&#8211; Minnesota<br />
&#8211; Pork and Grits<br />
&#8211; Spaghetti<br />
&#8211; Tater Tots<br />
&#8211; Walleye<br />
&#8211; Wild Rice</p>
<p>Dessert Hotdishes include:</p>

&#8211; Fruit Pie Funnel Cake<br />
&#8211; S&#8217;mores</p>

<p>Hotdish &#038; Hops takes place on Fridays from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Monday (May 29) from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.</p>

<p>The Hotdish &#038; Hops event is also the perfect opportunity to get out and try the new North Star beer &#8211; an exclusive brew made by Shakopee-based Badger Hill Brewing Company. The Pale Wheat Ale features 5.2% ABV, 20 IBU and pays tribute to the new Valleyfair North Star ride.</p>
