<p>Are you ready to celebrate the long 4th of July weekend at California&#8217;s Great America? </p>
<p>The park will host a special fireworks display July 1-4, 2017. </p>
<p>In addition you can experience the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/2017-coca-cola-share-coke-tour/">Share a Coke tour</a> on July 4 in the Food Festival area. </p>
<p>California&#8217;s Great America will also host a really yummy sounding VIP Dining Experience on July 4th in the Great America Pavilion. </p>
<p>Doors open at 7:00 p.m. for craft beer (drinks not included) and snacks. Dinner will be served from 7:30-9:30 with dessert and coffee from 8:00-10:00 p.m. and fireworks at 9:45 p.m.</p>
<p>The VIP Dining Experience Menu includes:</p>
<p>&#8211; Chilled shrimp with watermelon salsa tostada<br />
&#8211; Sushi with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce<br />
&#8211; Strawberry, feta and walnut Bibb salad<br />
&#8211; BLT salad<br />
&#8211; Country potato salad<br />
&#8211; Grilled teriyaki chicken with pineapple relish<br />
&#8211; Smoked Maggie Brown&#8217;s ribs<br />
&#8211; Cornbread pudding with house chipotle barbecue sauce<br />
&#8211; Nacho station<br />
&#8211; Old-fashioned pies and cakes<br />
&#8211; Watermelon granita shooters</p>
