California&#8217;s Great America will also host the inaugural Winterfest from the end of November through December 2016. Plans for 2017 also include the renovation of the Vortex to a new floorless design, and rebranded as the Patriot. To celebrate all the exciting news, guests can take advantage of California&#8217;s Great America Guest Appreciation Days Labor Day weekend.</p>
<p>From Saturday, September 3 through September 5, 2016, guests can take advantage of the following offers.</p>
<p>&#8211; $1 hot dogs at the Arbor located in front of Food Festival from 11:00 am-8:00 pm (while supplies last).<br />
&#8211; $1 sodas<br />
&#8211; The first 5,000 guests each day will receive a commemorative 40th Anniversary gift.<br />
&#8211; On Sunday, September 4, there will be a fireworks show.<br />
&#8211; Season Pass holders can bring up to 4 guests for just $19.76 each throughout Labor Day weekend. </p>
