<p><P><P>One of the most highly anticipated events every year at Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm is the Boysenberry Festival, held March 28 &#8211; April 12, 2015. The event highlights the culinary creativeness of Knott&#8217;s Executive Chef lead team to create unique food offerings paired with the boysenberry. </p>
<p>Highlights from the 2014 Boysenberry Festival included chocolate covered bacon, deep fried alligator with boysenberry aioli, roasted corn with boysenberry butter, spicy boysenberry chicken wings, and waffles on a stick, to name a few. Not to mention, the boysenberry BBQ sauce offered at the Boysenberry Festival is always a fan favorite. </p>
<p>Hint: Knott&#8217;s has also indicated that the Boysenberry BBQ sauce will be available for purchase this year!</p>
<p>Guests with a season pass in hand (Regular, Gold, or Platinum) will get to experience the Boysenberry Festival on March 28 between 9-10:00 AM before the event opens to the general public. Guests will be able to enjoy the food, the live entertainment, and visit all of the vendors throughout Ghost Town.</p>
