We have said it more than once. 2017 will be a great year for Kings Island, with the introduction of Mystic Timbers, the new family roller coaster through the back woods of the park. Of course you might still enjoy her big sister, The Beast, and the several other wooden roller coasters that now give Kings Island the most wood roller coaster track in the world. It is quite an accomplishment and the hundreds of workers behind-the-scenes should be commended on their extraordinary efforts!
Come late November and into December, we will be all thanking our lucky stars that we will also get to experience Winterfest! The return of this holiday event will give us all a chance to extend the season and see the park clad in lights, decorations, and of course holiday menu items. Stay tuned for more on that later in the season!
This year will also be the most exciting for the guests who purchase dining plans. New this year, you will get the opportunity to try new menu items and locations not previously available for dining plans.

Does the meal plan include Haunt and Winterfest times, or just the main season?
Single meal deals and All-Day Dining are NOT valid through Winterfest at Kings Island. All-Season Dining Plans are valid through Winterfest.
I have a question… I have a friend that has all season pass for the meal plan and they are giving me the pass to take with me to Kings Island can I use their meal plan? Do you think they will care it is under a different name? Thanks!
Dining plans are non-transferable. Typically, when a season pass with dining plan is scanned, the users picture comes up on the display.
You won’t be able to use your friends pass. You will be chancing the pass being voided for the season or longer. The park can go as far as banning you and your friend.
You can take unmarked lunch into the park. So bring your own food and snacks in zip lock bags and fill a water bottle with water and ice and place in a book bag.
