<p>It is Dorney Park&#8217;s turn to host the now infamous Grand Carnivale celebration from June 20 through August 11, 2019. </p>
<p>The <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2019-grand-carnivale-food-guide/">Grand Carnivale food</a> received rave reviews from guests when the event was at Kings Dominion and Kings Island, and that will continue when it is now at Worlds of Fun and Dorney Park. </p>
<p>Of course the Mardi Gras style parade and party has also been a massive hit with guests. </p>
<p>Dorney Park is offering guests a very special opportunity to ride and participate in the Grand Carnivale parade! </p>
<p>Tomorrow (June 17) at 7:00 pm, season passholders get the exclusive opportunity to apply to be able and ride in a parade float for the nightly event by visiting DorneyPark.com. <strong>**UPDATE: The event is SOLD OUT!**</strong></p>
<p>Guests are required to dress in provided outfits. While riding in the floats, guests will have the opportunity to toss beads similar to Mardi Gras. </p>
<p>This is a very cool opportunity to participate in Grand Carnivale! </p>
<h2>Dorney Park Grand Carnivale Parade Ride Experience</h2>
<p>We applied and were lucky to get selected to ride in a parade float for the Grand Carnivale celebration. </p>
<p>It was a really cool experience to see the parade from a perspective you do not usually get. From up on the float, you get to see all the other people reacting to the parade. It was a nice experience to ride by and see the kids faces light up when you threw them some beads.</p>
<p>The team also does a great job of making sure the guests riding the floats have a good time. They took the kids who wanted to in and gave them glitter face paint.</p>
