<p>Have you checked out the lineup of <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/new-2019-worlds-of-fun-specialty-menu-items/">new Worlds of Fun menu items for 2019</a>? One of the exciting options inside the Oceans of Fun water park is a bacon wrapped pork on a stick we were really excited to try! </p>
<p>Pork and more Pork! This menu item starts with pork loin cubes skewered on a wooden stick, wrapped with bacon, cooked and then dipped in a sweet-and-sour like sauce. </p>
<p>At first we wondered why a sauce like BBQ was not used, but after tasting it, we realized what a great choice was made; the flavors went very well together.</p>
<p>The inside pork pieces were moist and tender, with just a little bit of fat remaining in with the meat. The bacon had a slight smoked taste. </p>
<p>We believe that the meat was oven baked, and even though our own preference would be to cook pork over a charcoal or wood fire, these were still really good. </p>
<p>We would have loved to have two of these skewers in a meal, as just one left us wanting more.</p>
<p>An ample portion of standard theme-park fries were included to complete the meal.</p>
