<p><P><P>New for the 2017 <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/knotts-berry-farm-food/">Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm dining plans</a> is the chicken (or steak) torta sandwich served at <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/knotts-berry-farm-food/knotts-la-victoria-cantina/">La Victoria Cantina</a>. </p>
<p>The chicken sandwich is served with refried beans and rice. The chicken was excellent, fresh grilled, and slightly blackened while being super juicy. </p>
<p>The sandwich had a little mayonnaise but really did not need much sauce because the chicken was so flavorful. </p>
<p>The torta sandwich was also served with a premium bun that held the sandwich together ideally. </p>
<p>We elected to have the sandwich with a side of salsa and jalapenos that added some tremendous flavors to the meal. Since the rice was rather bland, we elected to add the salsa to it which was a big improvement. </p>
<p>For a really incredible meal, try putting the rice and refried beans on the chicken torta sandwich. </p>
<p>Overall, we were incredibly surprised with how well the chicken torta was given we have not had the best experience with the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/review-knotts-berry-farm-la-victoria-cantina/">Mexican meals at La Victoria Cantina</a>. </p>
