<p><P><P>When you say fried chicken around us, we immediately think of <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/knotts-berry-farm-food/mrs-knotts-chicken-dinner-restaurant/">Mrs. Knott&#8217;s Chicken Restaurant</a> at Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm. Perfectly, juicy fried chicken with homemade side dishes, and served in a brand new building. So our standards when it comes to friend chicken are set pretty high. That is why we were excited to try Kings Dominion Country Kitchen Fried Chicken. </p>
<p>One of the first things we noticed when entering the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/kings-dominion-food/kings-dominion-country-kitchen/">Country Kitchen</a> is it really has a feel of your Grandma&#8217;s old fashioned kitchen. Next head to the food line, and you&#8217;ll notice the side dishes are served in individual pots rather your standard buffet chafing dish. The idea of serving the food out of beautiful pots is a fantastic little detail to help drive home the feeling of homemade food! </p>

<p>During our recent visit, guests had the option of selecting corn, macaroni and cheese, green beans, baked beans, mashed potato, and gravy.</p>
<p>Our fried chicken meal came with two pieces of chicken, which we were allowed to chose (we selected a breast and leg), as well as two sides and a biscuit. </p>
<p>So how was the meal? Did it live up to expectations?</p>

<p>Absolutely! In fact, the meal was great! The chicken was super moist yet with a flavorful, crunchy breading. The side dishes were fantastic, and the biscuit was the same high level quality that is similar to those served at KFC. </p>
<p>The Kings Dominion Country Kitchen Fried Chicken meal is a great option for guests. Plus, the meal is included on the dining plans, making it a no-brainer for one of your options.</p>
