<p>Buckaroo’s Burritos opened in 2017 in FrontierTown in what is now known as <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/tour-cedars-dorms-at-cedar-point/">Miss Keat’s Smokehouse</a>, after being rebranded to better fit the menu that was already being served there.</p>
<p>For 2018, Buckaroo’s Burritos was moved up to the front of the park in what was formerly the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/cedar-point-food/burger-patio/">Burger Patio</a>.</p>
<p><a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/cedar-point-food/buckaroos-burritos/">Buckaroo&#8217;s Burritos</a> is similar to the Chipotle concept, where guests build their own burritos. Choices include filling a large 18&#8243; flour tortilla shell or a bowl with a variety of options. </p>
<p>One thing we love about Buckaroo&#8217;s Burritos is that it is quite easy to make a vegetarian or vegan burrito with a variety of toppings. </p>
<p>Options include pinto and/or black beans, white rice, a variety of meat options, lettuce, tomato, several salsas, cheese, queso, sour cream, and hot sauces. </p>
<p>We would love to see the salads be served in the crunchy taco bowls or each meal include a side of tortilla chips, specifically with a bowl option. The meals could also be made a lot better with some grilled fajita vegetables like peppers, onions and mushrooms. Just please do not cook them in dairy to remain vegan friendly! </p>
