<p>Debuted at Carowinds in 2018, the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/carowinds-dining-guide/carowinds-papa-luigis-pizza/">Papa Luigi&#8217;s</a> food stand offers a Chicken Parmesan meal that is included on the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/carowinds-dining-guide/">Carowinds Dining Plan</a>. </p>
<p>The meal includes a deep dish of baked spaghetti topped with chicken and covered in Parmesan cheese! </p>

<p>The meal starts by loading the tray with spaghetti noodles and Chef Kris Siuta&#8217;s signature tomato sauce recipe. Kris hand selected the tomatoes and herbs to come up with their own sauce that is used on pastas and pizzas throughout the park. </p>
<p>The noodles are then topped with hand breaded chicken breast covered in Parmesan cheese, and baked to perfection.</p>
<p>The chicken is tender while also being slightly crunchy like any good Chicken Parmesan should be! </p>
<p>Overall we enjoyed the chicken Parmesan and thought it was a great comfort food item that meets a wide selection of tastes. </p>
