<p><P><P>You may have noticed a disturbance in the Force when going to Carowinds. Yes, the largest change to the landscape came by way of Fury 325. However, the face of food erupted once Executive Chef Kris Siuta was brought on board, and boy has he done a fantastic job! More goes on behind-the-scenes than most guests even realize, but there is a reason Carowinds reigns supreme when it comes to amusement park food.</p>
<p>Take for example the flt bread pizza which is amazing in its own right. However, when you learn that it is served with a custom marinara sauce that Chef Kris hand created from scratch, the excitement in your stomach is knowing there is some amazing food waiting for you. Today the Carowinds custom tomato sauce is served throughout the park.</p>
<p>That is why when Chef Kris took the normal pizza pie and flipped it inside out by creating his own dough and serving it flat bread style, sales skyrocketed. </p>
<p>Not only can you find the flatbread pizza at Harmony Hall, but they are also now available at <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/carowinds-dining-guide/carowinds-papa-luigis-pizza/">Papa Luigi&#8217;s</a>. The simple change from the old style pizza to a flatbread version have exceeded expectations, proving little details like premium meats, cheese, dough, and a custom sauce go a long way towards big returns.</p>
