<p><P><P>Ask anyone who visits Cedar Point what the best meal plan option in the park is, and they will most likely say Panda Express due to their consistent quality, great food, and quantity of food served. As a Platinum All-Season dining plan member, guests at the Cedar Point <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/cedar-point-food/panda-express/">Panda Express</a> dine on a single entree meal with rice, noodles, or steam vegetables, plus a side item of cream cheese rangoon or an egg roll. </p>
<p>So during a visit to Canada&#8217;s Wonderland, we decided to try out their version of Asian cuisine at Manchu Wok. Located right along the central midway fountains, Manchu Wok is tucked between Tim Horton&#8217;s and the Jelly Bean Station.</p>
<p>Guests with the meal plans can choose a 2 entree plate with choice of steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles. While the entrees may vary per day, we had the options of mixed vegetables, honey garlic chicken, orange chicken, pepper steak, sweet &#038; sour pork, spicy chicken, or sweet &#038; sour chicken.</p>
<p>First up for the kids we elected to get the steamed white rice with a combination of the orange chicken and sweet &#038; sour chicken. The sweet &#038; sour chicken was in the form of chicken nuggets and drizzled with the sauce. While our kids enjoyed them, they seemed like a cheaper alternative to the versions we eat in the states.</p>
<p>The orange chicken was downright inedible. While the orange chicken at Cedar Point is more of a sweet and spicy sauce, that served at Canada&#8217;s Wonderland had a very strong orange flavor which just was not enjoyable. Fortunately, there was the honey garlic chicken to the rescue.</p>

<p>The next plate was a combination of honey garlic chicken and pepper steak served with fried rice. Everything about this dish was spot on perfect! The rice had a great flavor, more so than that served at Cedar Point&#8217;s Panda Express. The steak and peppers were excellently prepared, and the honey garlic chicken was very flavorful and enjoyable. </p>

<p>The last plate we had was a combination of honey garlic chicken and sweet &#038; sour chicken with noodles. The noodles came back with mixed reviews, some not liking them and others thinking they were better than those from Panda Express. </p>

<p>While the meal does not include a side dish like at Cedar Point, the amount of food one receives make Manchu Wok and excellent use of the meal plans when visiting Canada&#8217;s Wonderland.</p>
<p>Update: During our 2016 visit, we ordered Manchu Wok to go and take back to our hotel room for later in the evening. Having learned our lesson during our previous visit, we stuck with the honey garlic chicken, sweet &#038; sour pork, and beef &#038; broccoli. </p>
<p>The good was the food was all fresh and tasted really good. The bad was that when dining in, they really fill up a plate with food. When getting it to go, 3/4 of the boxes were filled with rice or noodles, leaving small portions of the actual meat entrees. </p>
<h2>Summary</h2>
<p>For convenience and taste, Manchu Wok is a great value so long as you stay away from the sweet &#038; sour chicken nuggets or orange chicken. </p>
<p>You will get a larger portion when dining in, but the to go option is nice for grabbing a meal as you are leaving the park.</p>
