<p><P><P>Executive Chef Paul Maloney is doing some pretty amazing things by amusement park standards for Kings Dominion. Mr. Maloney is revolutionizing the way we look at food served to guests, and we love the way he is thinking.</p>
<p>Kings Dominion has put together a special event called Tower Tastings. On Sunday, September 28, 2014, Chef Maloney invites you to dine with him at the top of the Eiffel Tower replica. The event offers limited seating as the Chef prepares some of the menu items tableside. Tower Tastings runs from 6:00-7:30 PM.</p>
<p>The menu includes:</p>
<p>&#8211; Roasted Beet Salad with Goat Cheese Crumbles on Tasting Spoons<br />
&#8211; Champagne and Mixed Berry Shooter<br />
&#8211; Mini Beef Short Rib Slider with Brie and Smoked Tomato Jam<br />
&#8211; Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Balsamic Drizzle<br />
&#8211; Pastrami Smoked Salmon on Cornbread Round with Creme Fraiche and Chive</p>
<p>Do keep in mind this is a tasting menu, so the portions will not be huge; however, the meal should be filling. </p>
<p>The price for the Tower Tastings event is only $19.99, making this an amazing value, and considering this is an award winning, Executive Chef prepared meal in an iconic location on the tower, we consider this a steal. </p>
