<p><P><P><em>Welcome to our interview series where bloggers share their insights on dining when at Cedar Point! Henry, from <a href="http://coasterchitchat.com/" target="_blank">Coaster Chit Chat</a>, recently visited Cedar Point, so we asked him to write us a review on the dining experience when at the park.</em> </p>
<p>1) <strong>When was the last time you visited the park?</strong> August 6th with some friends</p>
<p>2) <strong>Who do you typically visit the park with?</strong> I normally visit the park with some friends, some family, or I will go by myself. I just started my blog, and I realize I need to do a better job doing some updates about Cedar Point updates and work out some kinks.</p>
<p>3) <strong>Do you bring any food/drink into the park?</strong> No. I rather would have one less thing to worry about. </p>
<p>4) <strong>Do you take part in any of the meal plans (single, all-day, or all-season)?</strong> All-Season</p>
<p>4a) <strong>If you did, what were the pros and cons?</strong> Pros: It was a cheaper option to buy food since I visit the park 4-5 times, and I normally spend about $40 dollars per visit. So the Season Dining Pass is a cheaper option ($72 is a really good deal). Also, the food options are good. Cons: Not a lot of the star restaurants are featured like Chickie&#8217;s and Pete&#8217;s.</p>
<p>5) <strong>What is your must have food when visiting the park?</strong> 1)The Crabfries at Chickie&#8217;s and Pete&#8217;s; they are so good! I do not mind paying the hefty price for them. 2) The Fresh Cut Fries with Chili and Cheese! They are so good and with the Chili and Cheese; they make it better!</p>
<p>6) <strong>Are there any food items you would not eat again and why?</strong> 1) The Panda Express food. OK, I am a bit biased, as I am Chinese, but the food there is not up to &#8220;Chinese&#8221; food standards. 2) Funnel Cake Fries. Too much oil and not enough powdered sugar. They are hot though, which is nice.</p>
<p>7) <strong>Do you/your family have any money saving tips for eating in the park?</strong> Buy the all-day/single meal dining pass. They save you so much money and it is a good bang for your buck!</p>
<p>8) <strong>What is one thing you would request to make your dining experience better?</strong> I would like to say lower the prices, but it is an amusement park and what do you expect? Big prices.</p>
<p>9) <strong>On average, how much do you spend to eat per visit?</strong> I used to spend about $40 for food, but now with the season long dining pass, I spend about $15-$20.</p>
<p>10) <strong>Are there any other theme/amusement parks food items that you would like to see at Cedar Point?</strong> Not really. I think Cedar Point is really well rounded with food and rides. I would just like to say that they need a RMC woodie coaster!</p>
