“The Food There is not up to Chinese Food Standards”

<p><P><P><em>Welcome to our interview series where bloggers share their insights on dining when at Cedar Point&excl; Henry&comma; from <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;coasterchitchat&period;com&sol;" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank">Coaster Chit Chat<&sol;a>&comma; recently visited Cedar Point&comma; so we asked him to write us a review on the dining experience when at the park&period;<&sol;em> <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>1&rpar; <strong>When was the last time you visited the park&quest;<&sol;strong> August 6th with some friends<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>2&rpar; <strong>Who do you typically visit the park with&quest;<&sol;strong> I normally visit the park with some friends&comma; some family&comma; or I will go by myself&period; I just started my blog&comma; and I realize I need to do a better job doing some updates about Cedar Point updates and work out some kinks&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>3&rpar; <strong>Do you bring any food&sol;drink into the park&quest;<&sol;strong> No&period; I rather would have one less thing to worry about&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>4&rpar; <strong>Do you take part in any of the meal plans &lpar;single&comma; all-day&comma; or all-season&rpar;&quest;<&sol;strong> All-Season<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>4a&rpar; <strong>If you did&comma; what were the pros and cons&quest;<&sol;strong> Pros&colon; It was a cheaper option to buy food since I visit the park 4-5 times&comma; and I normally spend about &dollar;40 dollars per visit&period; So the Season Dining Pass is a cheaper option &lpar;&dollar;72 is a really good deal&rpar;&period; Also&comma; the food options are good&period; Cons&colon; Not a lot of the star restaurants are featured like Chickie&&num;8217&semi;s and Pete&&num;8217&semi;s&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>5&rpar; <strong>What is your must have food when visiting the park&quest;<&sol;strong> 1&rpar;The Crabfries at Chickie&&num;8217&semi;s and Pete&&num;8217&semi;s&semi; they are so good&excl; I do not mind paying the hefty price for them&period; 2&rpar; The Fresh Cut Fries with Chili and Cheese&excl; They are so good and with the Chili and Cheese&semi; they make it better&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>6&rpar; <strong>Are there any food items you would not eat again and why&quest;<&sol;strong> 1&rpar; The Panda Express food&period; OK&comma; I am a bit biased&comma; as I am Chinese&comma; but the food there is not up to &&num;8220&semi;Chinese&&num;8221&semi; food standards&period; 2&rpar; Funnel Cake Fries&period; Too much oil and not enough powdered sugar&period; They are hot though&comma; which is nice&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>7&rpar; <strong>Do you&sol;your family have any money saving tips for eating in the park&quest;<&sol;strong> Buy the all-day&sol;single meal dining pass&period; They save you so much money and it is a good bang for your buck&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>8&rpar; <strong>What is one thing you would request to make your dining experience better&quest;<&sol;strong> I would like to say lower the prices&comma; but it is an amusement park and what do you expect&quest; Big prices&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>9&rpar; <strong>On average&comma; how much do you spend to eat per visit&quest;<&sol;strong> I used to spend about &dollar;40 for food&comma; but now with the season long dining pass&comma; I spend about &dollar;15-&dollar;20&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>10&rpar; <strong>Are there any other theme&sol;amusement parks food items that you would like to see at Cedar Point&quest;<&sol;strong> Not really&period; I think Cedar Point is really well rounded with food and rides&period; I would just like to say that they need a RMC woodie coaster&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Thank you Henry for taking the time to let us know about your Cedar Point dining experience&period; You can connect with him on <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;facebook&period;com&sol;pages&sol;Coaster-Chit-Chat&sol;718144054912521" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank">Facebook<&sol;a> or <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;twitter&period;com&sol;CoasterChitChat" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank">Twitter<&sol;a>&period;<&sol;em><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>If you would be interested in taking part in the next interview installment&comma; please <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;cpfoodblog&period;com&sol;contact&sol;">contact us<&sol;a> for more details&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>&ast; If you liked this post&comma; join other readers who have signed up to for our <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;cpfoodblog&period;com&sol;newsletter&sol;">free Newsletter<&sol;a>&&num;8230&semi;because then you will never miss another update&excl;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
