<p>The Sweetheart Menu features select meal options to take all the stress out of your romantic evening.</p>
<p>The Amber Waves 2016 Valentine&#8217;s Day menu is only available on Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 5:00-10:00 pm.</p>
<p>Each meal includes the choice of two of the following side dishes:<br />
&#8211; Baby Garden Vegetables<br />
&#8211; Chateau Potatoes<br />
&#8211; Confetti Garden Rice Pilaf<br />
&#8211; Roasted Red Potatoes</p>
<p>Your Choice of Dessert:<br />
&#8211; Chocolate Ganache Torte served with Chocolate Covered Strawberries<br />
&#8211; Strawberry Cheesecake</p>
<p>Your Choice of Glass:<br />
&#8211; Chilled Champagne<br />
&#8211; Martinelli&#8217;s Sparkling Cider</p>
<p>Entree options are as follows:</p>
<p>Petite Filet Mignon (Served with mushroom Merlot sauce and scampi prawns in a tomato garlic herb butter)- $30.95 Adults/$28.95 Seniors</p>
<p>Halibut Oscar (Grilled filet of halibut with lump crab meat, served with hollandaise sauce and asparagus spears)- $30.95 Adults/$28.95 Seniors</p>
<p>Chicken Wellington (Puff pastry stuffed mushroom duxelle in a Medeira wine sauce)- $28.95 Adults/$27.95 Seniors</p>
