When Kings Island opened up inside of Soak City their Island Smokehouse restaurant, we knew it was going to be a game changer. However, we did not fully grasp how great of a dining location it was until we tried the spectacular menu items.

First, guests with the Kings Island dining plans will be super excited to hear that the Island Smokehouse is included as an option. Some great options include:

Pulled Pork
Smoked Chicken Wings
Beef Brisket

Another new option is the Island Smokehouse shrimp, and Kings Island hit the ball out of the park this menu option!

They hand toss the shrimp in breading before frying, giving them a subtle sweet flavor on their own. However, make sure to grab some of the “Boom Boom” sauce from the cooler for dipping, which you will recognize from the Reds Hall of Fame Grill.

The final product is a fantastic meal with a great combination of sweet and heat. The shrimp will surely be a regular meal on our All-Season dining plans and we are sure you will love it too!
