<p>We can not believe it is already time for our favorite event of the year, the return of the Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm Boysenberry Festival. This years festival will take place March 10 &#8211; April 16, 2023. <strong>UPDATE: Now extended every Friday, Saturday and Sunday April 21-23, April 28-April 30 and May 5-7.</strong></p>
<p>Of course guests can use their Knott&#8217;s dining plan or purchase items a la carte; however, one of the easiest ways to enjoy the event is via Tasting Card. For $55 ($50 for pass holders), a tasting card gets guests six (6) of the more than 30 menu items. </p>
<p>This year&#8217;s event will introduce entirely new food offerings featuring more than three dozen food and drink items. A few savory dishes to note include cauliflower bites with a boysenberry curry drizzle, and a sushi burrito with spicy crab surimi, avocado, lettuce, crispy onions, sesame and unagi sauce, all wrapped in nori with a boysenberry sweet chili dipping sauce. Tasty dessert items can be found throughout the festival, perfect for those with a sweet tooth, including sweet corn nuggets with boysenberry honey, boysenberry bread pudding, and a boysenberry waffle topped with whipped cream and boysenberry maple syrup. </p>
