There are all kinds of new changes this season behind-the-scenes where the Carolinas come together. One of our favorite changes is the food and beverage team is headlines by an all new crew for 2022. John Loukas, the executive chef, is teamed with sous chef Calious Berry and Jeremy Mannix. The team is breathing new life into the food and beverage lineup around Carowinds in 2022, and we are super excited to see what is in store.

In addition to a new event for 2022, the State Line Celebration,

Fried chicken is new on the menu at Blue Ridge Country Kitchen. Dining plan eligible.

Spare ribs will be an option at Harmony Hall. Dining plan eligible.

Fair Fries will carry a new pot roast loaded fries.

The new shrimp po’boy is supposed to be available at the Boathouse window attached to Chickie’s & Pete’s.

Hot sausage and plant based sausage will be an option at Harmony Hall abd Blue Ridge Country Kitchen. Dining plan eligible.

The below new menu items will be updated after we get all the 2022 menus cataloged with their new locations and dining plan eligibility.

Shake Central will feature a new Blue Unicorn shake for 2022. This is in addition to the Donut Shop, Chocolate Explosion and Colossal Monster shakes.

Also, all April Carowinds will be donating the proceeds of the shakes to Make-a-Wish. The park will host a special Make-a-Wish event April 30.

For guests that like to indulge in some alcoholic beverages, the park has concocted some great drinks named after signage attractions like Liquid Fury.
