<p>Try saying the name of this article three times fast. Cedar Fair has added a new FUN activity for guests to pursue during a visit to Grand Carnivale. The international celebration takes place July 17 – August 1, 2021 at Carowinds, Kings Dominion and Kings Island, and July 24-August 8 at Dorney Park, Valleyfair and Worlds of Fun.</p>
<p>Of course the highlight is the incredible parade and entertainers that go into the night, as well as the chance to sample <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2021-grand-carnivale-menus/">Grand Carnivale cuisine</a> from around the world.</p>
<p>The parks have added a FUN new scavenger hunt style event, the Grand Carnivale Alligator King Mardi P. Gras’s International QR Invitational. </p>

<p>Using your smart phone, guests scan the QR code at each of seven character signs scattered throughout the event. The links will then direct you to a video for what guests need to do to complete the challenge. After showing your photo to the attendant, guests get a button for their specific country. </p>
<p>The Grand Carnivale Alligator King Mardi P. Gras’s International QR Invitational is totally free and a nice collectors item. </p>
