<p>Well here it is almost August of the 2021 season, which means it is time for the annual Cedar Point Nights to return on the beach. Starting August 6 and running through September 5, Cedar Point Nights offers special entertainment, games, night time beach vibes, and of course unique food offerings.</p>
<p>Cedar Point is changing up the experience this year with a new event called Dine In the Dark experience. The Dine in the Dark experience takes place on Thursdays through Sundays in two sittings: 5:30-7:00 pm and 7:30-9:00 pm in the Lakeside dining room. Early dining slots are capped at 400 people and later time is for 350 guests.</p>
<p>The Cedar Point Nights: Dine In the Dark Experience will be held under black lights, offering a unique taste on the menu. </p>
<p>The theme of the buffet is Caribbean inspired and guests will go to different stations for the various menu items. </p>
<p>Station 1: Tacos with coconut perch, pineapple pepper slaw, papaya salsa, and sides of Caribbean corn bake.</p>
<p>Station 2: Bowls of saffron rice or sweet potato mash topped with spicy pepper shrimp and tomato salsa.</p>
<p>Station 3: Jerk chicken, chickpea salad, red beans and rice.</p>
<p>Station 4: Beef round with butter sauce, bacon-wrapped chicken breast, boneless porkchops, and linguica (traditional Portuguese smoke-cured pork sausage).</p>
<p>Station 5: Tres leches cake, sweet plantain bread pudding, and Brigadeiro (fudge balls).</p>

<p>Following dinner, guests can enjoy the Cedar Point Nights beach activities starting at 7:00 pm nightly. This includes the Beach Blast Grill &#038; Beverage Shack on the beach.</p>
