<p>A big push across all of the Cedar Fair parks recently is to bring back some of the vintage memories that guests relished in the past. That is why you will see a revamped International Street at Kings Island this season. Not to mention the return of the Glockenspiel, which is simply a glorious throwback of nostalgia. </p>

<p>Another item guests clamor to do is dine in the International Street Restaurant, like they did when Kings Island first opened. It is a pretty cool experience to eat up there and look out onto the Royal Fountains and the Eiffel Tower. </p>
<p>For years the space sat vacant and seldom utilized except for very rare special events. </p>
<p>Then a couple years ago they started hosting an invite only <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/kings-island-best-day-ever-pizza-party-with-snoopy/">Snoopy&#8217;s Pizza Party</a>, which our kids loved! Then they opened up the International Street for <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/2018-kings-island-winterfest-food-guide/">Kings Island Winterfest</a>, which guests LOVED! </p>
<p>Now with Chef Major on-board and having his first season to really start making a positive impact, the International Street Restaurant is scheduled to be used for some more special events throughout 2019. </p>
<p>First up is the Mother&#8217;s Day Brunch.</p>
<p>On May 12, 2019, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, guests can reserve a spot to enjoy a Mother&#8217;s Day Brunch.</p>
<p>Tickets are only available at the park on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost is $19.99 for Gold and Platinum Passholders and $21.99 for guests with other park admission tickets. </p>
<p>The menu will consist of salads, artisan breakfast breads, made to order omelets and other classic brunch entrees, along with a carving station and an assortment of light pastries and sweets.</p>
<p>Mother&#8217;s Day can also be a great time to visit Kings Island for lower crowds, since most people are, with their mom&#8217;s naturally. Show her a real good time with the Kings Island International Restaurant Mother&#8217;s Day Brunch followed by a few laps on Mystic Timbers.</p>
