<p>Are you feeling the winter lull set in and as excited as we are for the parks to open back up for the 2019 season? This year will bring us new adventures like Copperhead Strike, Yukon Striker, Kings Mills Antique Autos, and Forbidden Frontier on Adventure Island. </p>
<p>Opening day is just around the corner with many parks offering specials season passholder previews and your first chance to catch a ride!</p>
<h2>California&#8217;s Great America</h2>
<p>Guests will get access to CGA on March 23, 2019. Who is ready to get back into the park and <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/railblazer-opens-at-californias-great-america/">ride RailBlazer</a>?</p>

<h2>Canada&#8217;s Wonderland</h2>
<p>May 3, 2019 is opening day to the general public at Canada&#8217;s Wonderland. New for 2019 is <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/canadas-wonderland-yukon-striker-nears-completion/">Yukon Striker</a>, the longest, fastest and tallest dive roller coaster in the world! </p>
<p>2019 will also feature the debut of <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/record-breaking-yukon-striker-dive-coaster-coming-to-canadas-wonderland/">Canada&#8217;s Wonderland Winterfest</a>! </p>

<h2>Carowinds</h2>
<p>Experience a whole new area of the park in 2019 at Carowinds. The Blue Ridge Junction section of the park debuts with <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/carowinds-blue-ridge-junction-construction-update-january-2019/">Copperhead Strike</a>, the Carolinas’ first double launch coaster. Season passholders get in March 22, 2019 with everyone else March 23.</p>

<h2>Cedar Point</h2>
<p>Cedar Point gates open under the watchful eyes of GateKeeper to the general public on May 11, 2019. However, if it is new you are looking for, you will have to wait until May 25-26 to visit <a href="http://www.sanduskyregister.com/story/201810290048" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Forbidden Frontier Opening Weekend</a>. </p>
<p>If you can not wait until opening day, guests can buy tickets for <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/2019-cedar-point-ohio-state-day/">Cedar Point Ohio State Day</a> on May 10. </p>

<p>On April 20, Kings Island will open to the general public and debut the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/kings-mill-antique-autos-returning-to-kings-island-in-2019/">Kings Mills Antique Autos on the Coney Mall</a>, a new International Street, and an empty field where <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/kings-island-removing-firehawk-roller-coaster/">FireHawk</a> used to reside&#8230;</p>
<p>Season passholders can get a special sneak peak on Friday, April 19.</p>

<p>Michigan&#8217;s Adventure will host a special season passholder event on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 12:00-5:00 PM. Guests get free access to the park, a free meal at Mary Lynn&#8217;s Group Catering Pavilions, and a chance to win prizes.</p>
<p>Opening Weekend at Michigan&#8217;s Adventure is May 25-27, 2019.</p>
<h2>Valleyfair</h2>
<p>Valleyfair opens to the general public on May 11, 2019. A special 2019 Season Pass Preview Night is available on Friday, May 10 from 5:00-9:00 PM.</p>
<h2>Worlds of Fun</h2>
<p>Worlds of Fun will open on April 13, 2019 and feature the new <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/worlds-of-fun-boathouse-grill-rebranded-as-cotton-blossom-bar-b-que/">Cotton Blossom Bar-B-Que</a>.</p>
