<p>After the debut of Copperhead Strike this year at Carowinds, notably missing was the lack of food festivals like we have seen in years past. Fortunately, the park has offered a limited time summer event, Carowinds Summer Nights, after seeing good results at similar parks.</p>
<p>Carowinds Summer Nights features live music and oversized games on Friday evenings July 12-26, 2019.</p>
<p>Food for Carowinds Summer Nights is served out of the food truck. </p>
