<p>Carowinds is in the second year of Winterfest, and for the first time ever, is staying open through New Year&#8217;s Eve! Guests will be able to experience Winterfest on December 31, 2018 from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Then at 10:01, the park rolls out exclusively live entertainment, DJs spinning the latest hits, and specialty menu items that have us really excited for 2019! </p>
<p>What gets us excited is to see some specialty menu items being rolled out exclusively for Carowinds New Year&#8217;s Eve celebration.</p>
<p><strong>New England Style Lobster and Salmon Roll</strong></p>
<p>The sandwich features fresh lobster meat and in-house citrus cured salmon tossed in a lemon aioli. Served with rosemary garlic Parmesan fries. -$16</p>

<p>All menu items will be available at the Carowinds food truck located near Fury. Due to its location, this will be an excellent location to listen to live music and watch the fireworks.</p>
