<p><P><P>Worlds of Fun is creating some exciting food based events for 2015 which has us really excited. </p>
<p>First up is the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/worlds-of-fun-food-wine-festival/">Food and Wine Festival</a> taking place in May. Now Worlds of Fun announces the inaugural Barbecue &#038; Brew Festival!</p>
<p>Taking place June 13-14, 20-21, 2015, the event offers guests to try some of Executive Chef Kevin Williams barbecue paired with beer from area breweries. </p>
<p>Tickets are $25 and require separate admission ticket to the park. Guests must be 21 or older to participate.</p>
<p>Guests will receive (2) 4 oz tastings at 6 different locations.</p>
<p>Tasting booths will be set up at the following locations in the park: Scandinavia, Orient, Americana (2), Europa (2).</p>
<p>Food will be Kansas City BBQ consisting of samples including: </p>
<p>&#8211; KC-style Smoked Pork sandwiches with coleslaw and peach salsa<br />
&#8211; Grilled lamb chops<br />
&#8211; Smoked Ribs<br />
&#8211; Grilled shrimp and black bean salad with papaya dressing<br />
&#8211; Pineapple upside down cake</p>

Tallgrass Brewing Company (Manhattan, KS)<br />
New Belgium Craft Beer (Fort Collins, CO)<br />
Summit Brewing Company (St. Paul, MN)<br />
Public House Brewing Company (Rolla, MO)</p>
