<p><P><P>Amber Waves restaurant, located inside of the Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm Hotel, will feature a special menu for Valentine&#8217;s Day, Saturday, February 14, 2015. </p>
<p>The Sweetheart Menu is available from 5:00-10:00 PM.</p>
<p>The prix fixe menu comes in two forms.</p>
<p>For $34.95 adults/$32.95 seniors you can order the following menu options.</p>
<p>Petit Filet Mignon (served with mushroom Merlot sauce and scampi prawns in a tomato garlic herb butter)</p>
<p>Halibut Oscar (Grilled filet of halibut with lump crab meat served with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus spears)</p>
<p>For $28.95 adults/$27.95 seniors you can order the following:</p>
<p>Airline Chicken Breast (stuffed with artichoke hearts, fontina cheese, and sun dried tomatoes)</p>
<p>Each meal also comes with the choice of two side dishes:</p>
<p>&#8211; Baby garden vegetables<br />
&#8211; Chateau potatoes<br />
&#8211; Confetti garden rice pilaf<br />
&#8211; Green beans almondine<br />
&#8211; Roasted red potatoes</p>
<p>Your choice of dessert:</p>
<p>&#8211; Chocolate ganache torte served with chocolate covered strawberries<br />
&#8211; Strawberry cheesecake</p>
