When: June 19<br />
Menu: Half Split Chicken, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Kabobs, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Tomato/Mozzarella Salad, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Cornbread, Fresh Fruit, Strawberry Shortcake<br />
Cost: $35; $30 for season passholders</p>
<p><strong>Chinese Lantern Dinner</strong><br />
When: June 26, July 31, August 21<br />
Menu: 7–8pm Wine and Beer with Hors d’oeuvres<br />
8–9:30pm 4 Course Pre-Fixed Chef’s Dinner (Miso glazed sea scallops with cilantro lime slaw, Bay Harbor signature shrimp salad, seared yellowfin tuna with pruple sticky rice, Chef&#8217;s garden grilled vegetables, honey blackberry cobbler with Toft&#8217;s premium vanilla ice cream)<br />
