<p><P><P>Carowinds has announced their own version of the beer festivals that have taken shape at <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/cedar-fair-parks/">Cedar Fair parks</a> this season, and the Bands, Brews, and BBQ event will take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays July 31 through August 16, 2015. </p>
<p>The park will feature food stands around the park offering a variety of freshly smoked meats, side dishes, sauces, and desserts. All items served with Chow Chow and Corn Bread. </p>
<p>For example, the pork stand will feature the following tasting portions:</p>
<p>Pulled Hog- $5<br />
Baby back Ribs- $5<br />
Smoked Pork Belly with pimento cheese- $6<br />
Banana Pudding (in souvenir mason jar)- $5</p>
<p>Poultry stand menu:</p>
<p>Smoked Duck- $6<br />
Pulled Chicken- $5<br />
Smoked Turkey Leg- $5<br />
Banana Pudding (in souvenir mason jar)- $5</p>

<p>Carved to order beef brisket- $6<br />
Rotisserie spit roasted flat iron- $6<br />
