<p><P><P>CEDAR POINT 4TH JULY BBQ MENU &#8211; A special thanks goes out to reader Patrick for giving us an early look at the Cedar Point Blacksmith&#8217;s BBQ menu! Beginning at 11:30 AM today and running though Sunday (July 6), guests can take part in a special Stars &#038; Stripes BBQ event located at the Blacksmith shop along the Frontier Trail. </p>
<p>Meal tickets can be purchased online or directly at the event. The cost is $17.99 per person and includes the following menu items:</p>
<p>Your choice of meat*- St. Louis Pork Ribs (Half Slab), Cajun Grilled Half Chicken, or Smoked Jamaican Pork Chop (Double Cut 10 oz)</p>
<p>*Vegetarian option also available </p>
<p>Sauces includes CP BBQ Sauce, Carolina BBQ Sauce, or Olive Tapanade</p>
<p>Corn on the Cob</p>
<p>Choice of two side salads- Smoke house potato salad, roasted summer squash, tomato cous cous (vegan), three bean salad, or garden vegetable pasta salad</p>

<p>We have eaten some of the side dishes at specific catering events, and let me tell you, the smoked house potato salad is awesome! It is also one of Bryan Edwards, Cedar Point&#8217;s Public Relations Manager, favorites. </p>
