In late 2015, Carowinds introduced the world to their first signature beer labeled as Carobrew. The beer is crafted by Benford Brewing located in Lancaster, South Carolina.

The limited production brew is a traditional pale ale with an Irish twist. Brewed with pale malt, honey malt, and oats fermented with Irish ale yeast for a medium body pale ale.

Carobrew was rolled out in 2016 for the full season at Carowinds and once again is available for 2017. Carobrew is currently available in 1 pint-6 ounce bottles inside Harmony Hall.
