We have always had great experiences when eating the food at the Knott’s Berry Farm Fireman’s Brigade BBQ, like the BBQ Flank Steak Sandwich. So we were really excited when they opened up the menu on the 2017 Knott’s Berry Farm dining plans.
The Knott’s Berry Farm Fireman’s Brigade BBQ dining plan offers a 1/4 BBQ Chicken and 2 Ribs with choice of side (baked potato or corn).
The chicken and ribs offer a great, classic flavor, being nicely cooked with light char marks from the grill. We also opted to have it slathered with great Knott’s BBQ sauce.
We opted for the baked potato as the side with butter and sour cream. We would have loved to see cheese and bacon also offered to make it a great potato!
Note the dining plan version of the meal does not include coleslaw or garlic toast that is included when purchasing the meal outright.

.. So, are these 2017 Prices, and also – when you Say the BBQ Meal includes Cole slaw and Bread, when not Meal Plan, is that BOTH items?
Nancy: Yes the prices are current for 2017. It might be helpful to take a look at the Knott’s Berry Farm Dining Plans for specific information for meals at each location.
To answer your question, the dining plan gives specific options and does not offer the same choices for guests that purchase the meal on their own.
