Knott’s Scary Farm has released 1,000 monsters into the park for your late night delight. In order to keep your energy level high late into the night, the park has released an amazing selection of specialty food options that you will not want to miss.

So let’s take a look at the Knott’s Scary Farm Specialty Foods available for 2015.

What better way to start off the scares than with dessert? Sold at the Gourmet Coffee Hut is a pumpkin Bundt cake, filled with pumpkin cream, topped with whipped cream and served with sliced strawberries.

While at the Gourmet Coffee Hut, be sure to grab your favorite Starbucks coffee too!

The Fiesta Village Cantina is selling a limited edition Lava Nachos featuring blood red cheese sauce, carne asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
