Carowinds has announced their own version of the beer festivals that have taken shape at Cedar Fair parks this season, and the Bands, Brews, and BBQ event will take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays July 31 through August 16, 2015.

The park will feature food stands around the park offering a variety of freshly smoked meats, side dishes, sauces, and desserts. All items served with Chow Chow and Corn Bread.

For example, the pork stand will feature the following tasting portions:

Pulled Hog- $5
Baby back Ribs- $5
Smoked Pork Belly with pimento cheese- $6
Banana Pudding (in souvenir mason jar)- $5

Poultry stand menu:

Smoked Duck- $6
Pulled Chicken- $5
Smoked Turkey Leg- $5
Banana Pudding (in souvenir mason jar)- $5

Beef stand menu:

Carved to order beef brisket- $6
Rotisserie spit roasted flat iron- $6
Dino beef ribs- $6
Banana Pudding (in souvenir mason jar)- $5
