<p>Back in August 2019, California&#8217;s Great America announced a complete <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/californias-great-america-ushers-in-new-era-of-water-park-south-bay-shores/">overhaul to Boomerang Bang</a>, rebranding it as South Bay Shores for the 2020 season. Guests will be immersed in a completely transformed waterpark experience featuring seven completely new water attractions, new and upgraded food and merchandise locations, premium cabanas and a sandy beach play area – all richly themed to reflect the excitement and fun of the Northern California coast and South Bay regions.</p>
<p>On March 5, California&#8217;s Great America held a special Passholder Preview to discuss all the rest of the new announcements for 2020.</p>

<p>The new South Bay Shores will be nearly double in size and feature all new attractions, restaurants and more. In addition, all previous attractions are being rebranded for the new water park!</p>

<p>New for Haunt at California&#8217;s Great America, the park has announced Shadowlands will be debuting! This former Knott&#8217;s Berry Farm maze is absolutely incredible and one of our all-time favorites! </p>
