In case you may not know, corn is a staple in Minnesota Cuisine, and Valleyfair holds the annual Corn Festival each year, celebrating the iconic cob.

At the Valleyfair Roasted Corn food stand, guests can get a smoked turkey leg, which is included on the Valleyfair Dining Plan!

Of course it would not be Minnesotan if it did not include a roasted ear of corn with the dining plan basket!

Both the smoked turkey leg and ear of corn were roasted to perfection and scream going to the fair in Minnesota.

The corn gets a ladle of butter to ensure juiciness all around. The corn can then be covered with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper to your liking.

The turkey leg meat falls off the bone and is super tender.
