<p>What a wonderful time to be an amusement park foodie. Ask guests visiting Kings Island where one of their favorite places to eat is, and they will undoubtedly include the <a href="http://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/kings-island-food/miami-river-brewhouse/">Miami River Brewhouse</a>. Sit down service, exceptional menu options, and inclusion on the <a href="https://cpfoodblog.com/park-food-guides/kings-island-food/">Kings Island dining plans</a> make for a terrific experience. </p>
<p>New for 2021, introducing the Kings Island Miami River Brewhouse Dip-of-the-Month. Each month the park will rotate out the special dip, served with tortilla chips. While the menu option is not on the dining plan, it is a reasonable $10.99. </p>
<p>We got our hands on the first months offering, Poppin-Jalapeno Dip, loaded with roasted corn and fresh jalapeno. The hand made dip is served in a piping hot mini cast iron skillet, toasted to perfection. </p>

<p>If you are afraid of heat, we encourage you to still try this exquisite appetizer option, or in our case, a meal. The cream based dip with corn had a very mild heat index with the jalapeno chopped finely within the dip.</p>
<p>Kings Island offers the meal with a premium tortilla chip, which really hits home with us. They paired really well with the dip, and everyone at our table who tried agreed the dip was fantastic!</p>
<p>Future planned dips of the month include Buffalo Chicken Dip, BLT Dip, Chesapeake Bay Dip, Enchilada Dip and Spin-Art-Dip.</p>
